2. POSTING RULES
Before creating a Noticeboard post you must first read and agree to the Posting Rules outlined below:
1.) Post under an appropriate Noticeboard category- Please check out the different menus and their subject headings before posting to make sure you post in the most appropriate area. Please read the guide on the top of each menu page to find out more.
2.) Do not post duplicate topics under different categories- Unless your post is highly relevant to more than one forum, PLEASE ONLY POST ONCE, AND IN THE MOST RELEVANT FORUM. Creating the same post in different forums is considered spamming and will result in the deletion of all duplicate posts.
3.) Do not post obscene, offensive or illegal content- This includes the use of profanity, racist or sexist remarks, defamatory remarks, and pornographic or offensive images or language.
4.) Do not post in ALL CAPS or HTML format- Any Titles or Post Content written in all capital letters or HTML format will be deleted.
5.) English only- all content must be written in English.
6.) Discrimination- Industry Networker is committed to the promotion of equal opportunities, and to the fair and courteous treatment of all site members.We ask you to abide by anti-discrimination laws when writing your post.We are not allowed by law to accept any ads that specify a particular racial or ethnic group, age or gender, except for:
* A government approved training scheme or similar work experience opportunity aimed at a particular ethnic group, age or gender
* A festival, competition or event, which is celebrating the work of a particular group
What to Include:
Title: Write a title or heading that sums up your post.
Industry/ Industries: use the multiple industry keys provided to show which the Industry/ Industries your post applies to.
Costs and Fees: If you are offering to sell something, or provide a service, training scheme etc, make sure all the costs are clearly stated. Does your price include delivery charges for equipment? Are you offering any discounts for Networkers?
Who You Are: Are you a producer, director, company or organisation? Your posting will automatically include a link to your online Networker profile, so people can find out more. Be sure you keep your profile up to date.
What You Seek: Write your posting with a view to attracting the right kind of person/ opportunity etc. Who would get most out of collaborating with you? Attending your course etc? What kinds of skills and previous knowledge are needed from anyone replying to your post?
Description: Give sufficient descriptive information about your goods, services, project etc. This will to help Networkers decide whether or not to respond.
